Opening:

1. Share your double entry journal with your group. 

2. Each person will hand their journal around so that each person in the group reads everyone’s journal.

3. Discuss/ answer any interesting points made.

Working Period:

4. Reread the first two paragraphs in Holes.

5. Answer #1 on pg. 223 in your Spring Board books.

6. Discuss your answers.

7. Reread the last 3 lines on page 10 of Holes and answer #2.

8. Review different P.O.V. 

9. Read the term omniscient and write your own definition under the box.

Closing:

10. Answer #3 and discuss.

HOMEWORK: Read Ch. 4-7; continue making journal entries about Stanley’s character.

Don’t forget Article of the Weak 2.3
