Opening:

1. Discuss the chart on pg. 228

2. Choose one of the boys and fill out the chart on pg. 229.

Work Period:

3. Using the chart from #2 begin to draft a letter describing Stanley in the voice of that character.

a.     Pay attention to word choice.

b.     You can use the adjectives from pg. 227.

c.     *If there is time: Don’t sign it and let a neighbor read it to see if they can guess who you are.

Closing:

Homework: Fill out the chart on pg. 230 and do activities 5 and 6.

Read Holes ch.14 through the end of 16.
